Many people at present are forced to multitask since life has been taken over by the needs that are becoming progressively difficult to accomodate within twenty-four hours. It’s common to see people constantly on their phones to keep ties with important people while carrying out so many other things. It’s no wonder even young people these days are complaining of discomfort caused by tension knots all over the neck and the base of the spine; the two body areas most vulnerable to stress.
Fortunately, technology has introduced all forms of devices to make life demands simpler to accommodate. One of these innovations are phone headsets; while they weren't made to reduce the massive sufferings of the world, they’re known to be pretty effective in relieving neck discomfort which more and more people are suffering from.
Upon the start of mobile phone technology, experts stated concern over the harmful radiation from the gadget particularly when it’s utilized frequently. Besides this, the way people awkwardly hold their mobile phones so as to look aftter other activities has resulted in countless accidents. Now, as an effective way of relieving neck pains, phone headsets have no therapeutic promises whatsoever. Basically, how they work is stop people from cradling the phone between their shoulder and jaw so their hands can give attention to whatever they are doing. Mind you, hand phones may not be that heavy, but they still have some weight and they get hot after prolonged use, especially now that they are used as music players as well. The more suitable means of utilizing them without causing any stress on the body is to keep them in the pocket or bag and receive calls or listen to audio using a light headset. This will not only free the hands, but it also won’t cause pressure on the neck, which can cause migraines, backaches and other pains.
